Short answer
Yes, within 30 days on yearly plans. Yearly web hosting (including WordPress, cloud, corporate and email hosting) and reseller and master reseller hosting come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, VPS and dedicated servers are not refundable.
What’s covered
- Yearly web hosting plans, including WordPress, WooCommerce, cloud, corporate and email hosting.
- Yearly reseller and master reseller hosting.
If you’re not happy within the first 30 days, we refund the hosting fee.
What isn’t covered
- Domain registrations and transfers: the fee is paid to the registry (such as KeNIC) to secure your name, so as a rule it isn’t refunded.
- VPS and dedicated servers: these are set up with resources reserved for you and aren’t refundable.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time and you won’t be charged for the next month.
- Setup and installation fees, website set-up help, and downloadable software, plugins and modules.
How to ask for a refund
Open a ticket from the client area within 30 days of your order, saying which service you’d like to cancel and why. Telling us what went wrong helps: often our team can fix the problem first.
Before you cancel
- Download a backup of your website and email from cPanel.
- Move your domain’s nameservers if your website is moving elsewhere.
The full terms are in our refund policy. Unsure which plan fits? Ask our team before you buy.
