Who we are

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things such as your preferences or whether you are logged in, and help the site owner understand how the site is used.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set cookies such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance to protect the site from bots and attacks. These cookies do not identify you and are needed for the site to work securely.

Your choice

When you first visit our website, we show a cookie notice. Analytics and ads measurement cookies are on unless you turn them off: you can keep them, reject them, or choose. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing in that category stores cookies until they agree. We remember your choice in your browser for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; if you turn the category off, we remove the analytics and advertising cookies set on our site.

Analytics and ads measurement (on unless you turn it off)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited and how people find us, so that we can improve it, and Google Ads measurement to see which of our adverts lead to orders. These tools set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_*, which last up to two years, and when you continue to our Client Area they pass a reference to your visit in the link so an order can be matched to the advert you clicked. The information is collected in aggregate form and is processed by Google on our behalf. We do not use it to show you personalised adverts on our website.

If you turn this category off, we use Google’s Consent Mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are stored on your device, and Google receives only basic, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed), which it uses in aggregate to estimate visits and ad results. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Live chat (part of our support)

Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to and is part of the support we offer, so the chat window loads on every page whatever your analytics choice. It may set cookies such as __tawkuuid and TawkConnectionTime to keep your conversation going as you move between pages. These cookies are not used for advertising.

Embedded content

Some pages include content from other websites, such as videos or customer reviews. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, and those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content, including when you are logged in to them.

Client Area and checkout

Our Client Area and checkout at clients.hostnali.com set their own cookies, which are needed to keep you logged in, keep the contents of your cart, and protect your account. You cannot use the Client Area without them.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, live chat or the Client Area from working. Blocking or rejecting analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.
