You will work closely with our IT team to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and maintain our hosting infrastructure. Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hosting-related issues, including website and email problems.
Assist customers with domain name registration, DNS configurations, and website migrations.
Collaborate with the IT team to monitor server performance and resolve server-related issues.
Set up and configure hosting accounts, databases, and email services for customers.
Document and track customer support inquiries and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Assist in maintaining and updating our hosting infrastructure, including server software and hardware.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
