IT Support

As an IT Support Specialist at Hostnali Webhost Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hosting services and providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers. You will work closely with our IT team to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and maintain our hosting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hosting-related issues, including website and email problems.
• Assist customers with domain name registration, DNS configurations, and website migrations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to monitor server performance and resolve server-related issues.
• Set up and configure hosting accounts, databases, and email services for customers.
• Document and track customer support inquiries and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining and updating our hosting infrastructure, including server software and hardware.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, including cPanel, Plesk, and WHM.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration.
• Familiarity with web hosting control panels and DNS management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in technical support or IT-related roles is a plus.
